3-DAY PRIVATE ESCORTED NORMANDY TOUR
3 days in Normandy, landing beaches and Mont saint michel from Paris / 2 nights in a very exclusive private castle!
Day 1: Paris > Giverny > Honfleur > Bayeux
Leave Paris by 9am from your hotel & reach Giverny, the house of Claude Monet , visit the museum ( one hour). Then, reaching the Normand coast, we will stop for lunch at the beautiful village of Honfleur for a walking tour. In the afternoon, after a quick stop in Deauville, we will reach the medieval city of Bayeux and a walking tour of Bayeux.
Transfer to a very exclusive castle 4 star, located near Ste mére l'eglise, and privately owned by the same family for centuries. They will welcome you in this somptuous castle.
Surrounded by a one hundred acre estate with rivers, meadows and woodland, the castle stands on the elevated site of an ancient, Viking fortress and, in the winter time, forms a true island in the flood plain of the marais. The estate forms part of a protected national park .
the Château offers six luxurious guest rooms, including a pair of two-bedroom suites. All the rooms are very large and elegantly appointed and all have en-suite bathrooms featuring massive, “claw-foot” bathtubs and walk-in showers.
“Table d'Hôte” at the 16th century House Farm- The dining room, lit by candles and firelight is wonderfully romantic and our chef goes to great lengths to ensure that the quality of the cuisine matches the atmosphere. A selection of fine wines is available, naturally, plus excellent, locally produced Cidre Bouche. Needless to say, local cheeses including Camembert and Pont l'Eveque are always available in perfect condition.

Day 2:
After breakfast a full day tour of the landing beaches. Then an evening at the château with dinner.
Day 3:
After breakfast & check out of the castle there is a Mont saint michel half day tour, then back to Paris and transfer to your hotel.
